Excuse my ignorance, what's the difference between this suit, XEMU, and Z2?

EVA we are using UACS. Still got issues for me. Like gettting the airlocks closed without animation.

But here are the LER aft guys. They need to be updated.

If we go with the pack/hatch then the eva guy should match. How it should work is 2 suits are present. An guy gets into one, and then eva. The suit inside the MMSEv goes away and the guy appears outside. then the reverse.

But UACS has a bug where when you do enter the vessel the mesh doesn't show until restart. I have not gotten the work around to work though

gettting the airlocks closed without animation.
An animation is just a code reference to a msh, use an invisable msh, or make a light indicator for each airlock, might be practical anyway (if both suits are evaed), I can put a lit panel there.
They need to be updated
I can take a look, there were tex problems with the last ler suit I imported.
An guy gets into one, and then eva
This sounds good. If the suits are the same it doesn't matter which one goes first.
UACS has a bug
Need to see how this works, can you pm me the latest dll (also need the complete vessel in one piece to continue the tex work)

ok. So I set up some door code no animation. but the proc changes. now all airlocks are closed. Open the rear hatch and now the airlock is open.

BUT now no guy gets out. and nothing on the error display.

As far as the bug on the UACS thread he mentioned it that the mesh doesn't show until reload.

Very close to a release
gattispilot has done incredible work and has added:

Features
full 360 steering
Virtual cockpit with 4 MFDs and angle, gear, speed indicater
Solar panel with sun tracking
UACS EVA capability

Debugged and running smoothely, there's a minor graphics glitch with the EVA suits and documentation to do.

Have you got the graphics glitches resolved yet? Because if you feel you're ready to release this add-on, you have my approval.

Apologies for being AWOL, RL drama, was warned but still overwehlmed and the future implications are far further reaching than initially presumed (blindly hoped for!)
Will catch up ASAP (looks like I've got a lot to catch up on!:)).

Speaking of which, did you get my latest post on the B5 vessels thread? I was asking what your progress was on the .ini files for the Aurora-type Starfury, as well as pointing out that there were a few vessels in need of mesh updates, specifically to allow for better shading effects.

Hats off to gattispilot, he's really brought this to life:salute:

MMSEV UACS beta

Ready to roll.

UACS is still a little experimental, testing so far it's fully functional.
Am very interested in hearing feedback.

Known issues:
Suits don't show up when they should- only by ingress
Station name missing
Cargo select

(fixed)

Bug reports, suggestions welcome, have fun trucking:cheers:

Glad to see you're almost finished! Once you've officially released this and the Thunder fighter, then taken your little break, hopefully we can get back to working on our B5 stuff. (And yes, I know there's a lot of it that needs to get done, but I think we should start with those Shadow vessels first.)

Found a nice spot, a few hours left to set up camp before sunset.

Making a "tool box" for UACS
Looking at AMSO as reference
What kind of scientific experiments/tools would be appropriate on a "modern" expedition?

I saw this new science package that might work here. Gattis has another package as well that works with this landing it might need a blinking light on top as a nav aid

Thanks for the lead, searched all things ArLSEP and only came up with one PDF with relevant technical data and no pictures, do you have more? Isn't that pic the same equipment as what gattispilot has made?
I don't know if you could have 1 box with different science equipment in it?
You can have multiple objects in a UACS box, but multiple different objects probably not, otherwise I was thinking of one central object with the others attached.
