No... Sorry.... I'm so lazy....I've read this tutorial. Also you mention (announce) a (video) lesson on the site:

Yes: 3d2msh is an isolated executable module, while with the "export_msh_plugin.a8s" module you can export the 3D model directly from anim8or in msh format recognized by orbiter.I'd like to understand if there's some difference between this export_msh_plugin.a8s (which is mentioned in the tutorial by @jacquesmomo above) and this 3ds2msh (it's available via the link in the second post).
Do they make the same *.msh file from an object modelled in Anim8or? I've only tried the 3ds2msh so far. Does it make sense to use both of them?
